摘要 PURPOSE: Method for preparing an ice bar containing carbonic candy whose core is filled with a mixture of chocolate with a low melting point and carbonic candy is provided, to keep a sparkling taste of carbonic candy by preventing carbonic candy from absorbing water. CONSTITUTION: Method for preparing an ice bar containing carbonic candy is composed of the following steps: (i) a first step to prepare a solution in a ratio of 7:3-3:7 of carbonic candy and chocolate containing 20-40% of milk fat with a low melting point such as albumen oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, or cotton oil; (ii) a second step to fill in a semi-solid state while pouring ice-cream into ice bars with a continuous freezer; and (iii) a third step to insert a nozzle into the low end of an ice bar after hardening, and fill the core with the mixture of chocolate and carbonic candy.
