PURPOSE: A phonics material for children is provided to generate effective education results through the induction of interest and to maintain the intellectual and mental developments by sliding an education card with a picture of an object through an audio generator that identifies the card and outputs the audio pronunciation of the object. CONSTITUTION: A phonics material for children is composed of detection, control, and output. A phonation device includes an education card's identifier detector(220) that detects a CPU(210) and an education card's identifiers and controls the detection signals, an external ROM pac(230) that stores the information related to the education card and is being controlled by the CPU regarding the education card related information, a record processor(240) that records the information stored in an external ROM pac and is under the CPU's control, an audio output unit(250) that makes audio outputs of the record processor's information under the CPU's control signal, and a power supply(260).
