PURPOSE: An attaching plate for mounting a door lock is provided to easily and promptly assemble a door lock and mount the door lock to a door in state that countersunk head screws are jointed in right and left screw pipes without unfastening the countersunk head screws, thereby reducing manpower and time. CONSTITUTION: In a door lock formed with a box assembly(6), an inner knob(8) and an outer knobs(10), and an attaching plate(18), the attaching plate includes coupling holes(24,26) formed on a circular line of right and left joint holes(14,16) of the attaching plate at equal gap from each joint hole and having larger diameter than countersunk head screws(20,22) to communicate with the joint holes through each guide groove(28,30).
