PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled material by connecting metal pieces of gold, silver, copper or the like to a DC voltage. dipping in distilled water and passing electric current to deposit the metals onto fibers or plastics is provided, which produces synthetic resin material and fiber having static eliminating, antibacterial and affinity action for human cells. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin material and fiber containing fine metal particles is prepared by a process consisting of: connecting metal piece of gold, silver, copper or the like of more than 99% to a DC voltage, dipping the same in distilled water, passing electric current in changing a positive plate and a cathode plate every 4 min, depositing charged gold or silver onto fibers or films and drying with heat wind at more than 60 deg.C. Fine metal particles with a particle size of 0.005 to 0.1 micrometer are deposited on fibers or films.
