PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve an aesthetic enhancement while protecting air inlet port and air outlet port of a cabinet from foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an open/shut-off door(65) which moves vertically in accordance with the operation of an air conditioner so as to open/shut off an inlet port and an outlet port(53) arranged at a front panel of a cabinet(51), a space ensuring door(75) which moves toward the front panel when the open/shut-off door is opened so as to ensure the space where the open/shut-off door is located, a magnetic member(81) attached to the surface of the space ensuring door facing the front panel, and a magnetism generating member(83) arranged at the front panel of the air conditioner to face the magnetic member, and which draws the magnetic member by generating electromagnetic field when the open/shut-off door is opened. A resilient member(85) is arranged between the front panel and the space ensuring door, so as to allow the space ensuring door and the open/shut-off door to be coupled without forming a step portion when the open/shut-off door is closed.
