PURPOSE: A video exchange system using video processing device is provided to exchange, connect or record images between persons within respective room or office using a video music player or conventional amp and acoustic system. CONSTITUTION: A video exchange system using video processing device comprises plural sub systems(110,120,...130) and a main system(200). The respective sub system comprises a signal processor, a video camera, a mike, a sub switch part, a monitor, a speaker and a display. The main system comprises a main switch, an image source, a main controller, a monitor and a recorder/play. The main switch receives video/audio signals through the respective sub system and outputs the received video/audio signals to the sub switch part.
