PURPOSE: A vending machine that prints a picture on a letter paper is provided to satisfy a user's desires by printing the picture, which has been taken using a camera, in the corner of the letter paper using a specified program and supplying the printed letter paper to the user. CONSTITUTION: A vending machine that prints a picture on a letter paper is composed of selection, synthesis, and output. A specified payment amount input request is continuously displayed to a user until the full amount has been inserted(100). Once the full payment is inserted, a CPU accesses the program and outputs a theme selection option to the user(200), and the user selects a theme using a joystick(300). The selected theme, which includes sixteen images classified into two groups, is output through a monitor. The user selects a desired group using the joystick and confirms the selection with an operation button(400). A camera is used to take a different picture for eight background images(500). The filmed image data is converted into digital image signal by a data processor, and the pictures and background images are synthesized and stored in a memory(600). The stored image is sent to a printer and printed(700). After the image has been printed, the program is concluded and initialized to a standby state awaiting next input(800). |
