PURPOSE: An electronic rice cooker which prevents the boiled rice from changing its color and smell as time goes by without using the heat of a top heater and by preventing the formation of the water drop onto the top plate is provided. Additionally, it reduces production cost so that it makes the structure simple. CONSTITUTION: An electronic rice cooker is characterized in that: at a lower part of a top plate(52) and inside wall of an oven(51), hydrophile ceramic which keeps the water drop forming and silica which absorbs water evaporated from the boiled rice are coated.
