发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF YOGURT
摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method yogurt is provided to strength liver and gall by using Koran red pine tree leaves and 72 kinds of food stuffs such as soybean, garlic, mugwort etc.. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of (i) boiling 72 kinds of raw materials for 2 hrs; (ii) mashing it by using roller; (iii) spraying periodically herbs extract to the mashed material at 50-60 deg.C for 72 hrs; (iv) boiling the it for 4 hrs; (v) repeating 3, 4 steps one more time; (vi) extracting the prepared material at 20-50 deg.C; (vii) mixing it with yogurt, followed by adding thereto pine leaves or extract thereof.
