PURPOSE: A vehicle passage controller is provided to be conveniently replaced and to avoid an accident by giving a warning signal to a driver without easily getting dirt or damaged. CONSTITUTION: A rod is composed of a combination portion(122), a body portion(124) and a neck portion(126) and separably installed on a support plate. The combination portion is inserted in the support plate(110) and an installation groove. The neck portion is arranged between the combination and body portions, having a smaller diameter than the body portion. A spiral line(116) is formed along an inner circumferential face of the installation groove. A divided nut is prepared between the rod and support plate to fix the combination portion of the rod. Accordingly, the rod is readily replaced even if damaged.
