PURPOSE: An optical connection case is provided to reduce a size of an optical connection case by simplifying an inner portion of an optical connection case. CONSTITUTION: An optical connection case comprises a case body(10), a cover(60), a tension member fixing portion(40), and a connection tray(50). The case body(10) comprises an opening upper portion and a space portion(11). An optical cable input hole(13) and an exhaust hole(15) are formed on both sidewalls of the case body(10). The cover(60) covers the inside of the case body(10). The tension member fixing portion(40) fixes a tension member of a received optical cable. The connection tray(60) connects optical fibers extended from optical cables to each other.
