PURPOSE: A method for forming a circuit pattern of a circuit board is provided to form a circuit pattern while removing a metal conductor expect a circuit pattern by irradiating a laser beam to a metal conductor which formed in an insulation plate in a form of a thin plate. CONSTITUTION: A convex lens(21) is fixed to an upper fixing frame(33) by a first fixing ring(34). A concave lens(26) is fixed to a lower fixing frame(27) by a first fixing ring(28). A dielectric thin film or metal thin film for intercepting a laser beam is formed at an inner side surface and an upper surface of the first fixing ring(34) to prevent damage by a laser beam. A male screw(31) is formed at an outer side of a lower portion of the upper fixing frame(33) so that the upper fixing frame(33) combines with the lower fixing frame(27) by the male screw(31). A female screw(31) is formed at an inner side of an upper portion of the lower fixing frame(27) so that the lower fixing frame(27) combines with the upper fixing frame(33) by the female screw(31).
