PURPOSE: A combination air conditioner and refrigerator is provided to reduce power consumption, space occupation and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A water jacket(1) is installed in such a manner as to replace a heat insulation section of a freezing compartment of a common refrigerator body(A). A connection pipe(6) penetrated into the water jacket and a cooling water circulation pipe(2) are connected through a motor pump(3) and installed within a casing(8) of the top portion of the freezing compartment. A plurality of cold air blowers are installed at a rear surface of the casing, and a refill water tank(5) with a water level scale marked on the surface of the refill water tank is installed at a portion of the top of the water jacket of the rear surface of the casing. A fold air blower blade(7) is installed to an a cold air outlet section arranged at a front surface of the casing.
