PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent a hit and run accident by having the balls with the number of a vehicle scattered onto the street when a collision occurs. CONSTITUTION: Balls(5) in a hit and run accident preventing device are elastically displaced from a spring supporting the balls and backed up via the spring while hitting an elastically supported lower end(17). A protruded safety pin(9) on a shooting table(8) faces downwardly and a ball box(2) elastically supported by the spring is jumped out to an opening(12) of a body(1). The balls are scattered on the street via the opening. Thereby, a vehicle causing a collision cannot run. |
