PURPOSE: A water plant culturing apparatus is provided, which is characterized in that wastewater is purified by water plant, microorganism, and organism. CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of water plant culturing apparatus are used. First type, a water plant culturing apparatus (10) is installed on a surface of concrete and aggregate, and provides good environment for the growth of water plant. Second type, a buoyant water plant culturing apparatus floats on a surface of lake and river, grows water plant. Especially, the water plant culturing apparatus is made of disposal film and plastic, which are preserve environment. So, the water plant culturing apparatus restores natural environment, and water plant.
