PURPOSE: A foreign sentence dictionary is provided to search for a foreign sentence corresponding to a sentence inputted by a user by applying a natural language technique. CONSTITUTION: A foreign sentence dictionary comprises steps of displaying a foreign language sentence(L2), having the same meaning with a mother language sentence(L1) searched by a natural search method, in an independent window, displaying a frequency of the searched foreign language sentence in a frequency indication window, and translating an L1, not searched by the user, into a corresponding L2.
