PURPOSE: An adsorber for an ink cartridge and a refill device of an ink cartridge are provided to easily refill the ink cartridge with supplying clear and accurate printing. CONSTITUTION: A refill device of an ink cartridge(1) for refilling ink in the ink cartridge includes a refill holder(20), and an ink injecting hole opening element opening an injecting hole of the ink cartridge put in the refill holder with supplying an injecting passage of supplemental ink and including a packing(52) having an ink injecting hole(52a), wherein the ink cartridge is put in the refill holder and the injecting hole of an ink refill container(2) is pulled for being closed up the ink injecting hole opening element, so that the ink replenishment is automatically accomplished.
