PURPOSE: A movable advertisement method and system is provided to transmit advertisement contents movable or static selectively according to a user's work state so that it can induce a user's interest on a terminal screen while not disturbing the user's work. CONSTITUTION: A movable advertisement system comprises a user computer(35), a web server(31), an advertisement controller(32), an advertisement database(33), a mouse movement detector(36), a mouse(39), a mouse position sensor(37), and a mouse movement controller(38). The advertisement controller(32) controls the advertisement data transmitted from the web server(31) to the user computer(35) over the internet. The advertisement database(33), connected to the advertisement controller(32), stores the advertisement data. The mouse movement detector(36), connected to the web server(31), detects a movement of the mouse(39). The mouse position sensor(37), also connected to the web server(31), a current position of the mouse(39) of the user computer(35). The mouse movement controller(38) controls a movement of the mouse(39).
