PURPOSE: A method for producing a model rail with different sorts of materials is provided to visually look the model rail like a real rail with the same quality. CONSTITUTION: Selecting and using one material among stainless steel, nickel and aluminum, a rail integrally molding a protruding unit(111) lengthwise is molded by a rolling process. Then, using one between copper and red brass, the basic material of a model rail is molded in the same shape as a real train rail. A rail inserting groove(101) is mounted on the upper end of the model rail and a recessed groove(102) is formed in both sides of the lower model rail. Then, the protruding unit is inserted into the recessed groove. Therefore, a finished material is composed of the rail and the basic material made by different sorts of materials.
