PURPOSE: An EC system and a method of remote education contents using a network are provided to display each contents of a plurality of contents selling companies, and for the plurality of contents selling companies to accomplish more sales promotion by publicizing their own contents to numerous purchasers by registering the contents. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of educational institutions having contents register the contents (1). A company that intends to purchase a registered contents through searching stores order information of the contents desired to be purchased in a database (2). A relay is made between an educational institution and the company through the order to purchase the contents (3). A contact is made between the clients, the concerned parties for transaction. (4). An education is performed through the purchased contents (5). An evaluation is performed from the education requested company which has been subject to the education and a feedback are performed (6).
