PURPOSE: A business method for matching a service or commodity supplier to a consumer is provided to automatically connect an ARS(Automatic Response Service) phone to an internet home page when there occurs a transaction between a supplier and a consumer so that it can reduce a cost and develop a new business. CONSTITUTION: A business method for matching a service or commodity supplier to a consumer comprises the steps of performing an electronic commerce by using both an ARS phone and an internet terminal, sharing one phone number as a member code by a family or a group of company workers, and preventing a false service or commodity order by using booth the member code and the password. In a vehicle delivery operation system, the user gets connected to the vehicle owner if a vehicle kind, a scheduled arrival area and a vehicle arrangement time of the user is identical to those of the vehicle owner. The business model assembles a plurality of members, can treat various services or commodities and perform a cooperated purchase by allowing the members to order in advance over the internet.
