PURPOSE: Provided is a holahoop having acetabulum-type protrusions that stimulates subcutaneous fat, thereby stimulating blood circulation and decompose of fat and also massage internal organs. CONSTITUTION: The holahoop is made of 7-8 pieces and assemblable into one body. Several acetabulum-type protrusions are formed on the holahoop, it stimulate subcutaneous fat around waist while operating it.
