PURPOSE: A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) for high frequency is provided to reduce power dissipation while improving the intensity. CONSTITUTION: Scan/holding electrode(42) is formed on a substrate(52) to form the first dielectric layer(46) patterned in a line type. A scan electrode(44) is formed on the dielectric layer. The layer electrically separates the electrodes for preventing leaking current. Moreover, the layer is formed on a portion of the scan/holding electrode to improve discharge voltage/uniformity. Then, the second dielectric layer and a protect film are formed. By patterning the first dielectric layer in line type, discharge voltage is reduced to lower power dissipation. Moreover, intensity is improved by improving uniformity in discharge. |
