PURPOSE: A tray transfer device in a free heater part of a handler is provided to supply continuously a test tray when a test tray is provided to a free heater part. CONSTITUTION: A tray transfer device in a free heater part of a handler comprises a support plate(12), a sensor(14), a spring(20), a latch(28), and a housing(22). The support plate(12) is installed at one side of a body plate(10). The sensor(14) is installed on an upper portion of a sensor bracket(16) fixed at a front portion of the support plate(12). The spring(20) is installed at a lower portion of a spring bracket(18) fixed at a step shaft(24). The latch(28) is connected with the spring(20). A lower end portion of the latch(28) is fixed at the step shaft(24) and simultaneously inserted into the housing(22). |
