PURPOSE: An industrial dehydrator equipped with automatic nozzle and radial crown roller is provided to prevent a nozzle from being blocked and abraded by constituting the nozzle to automatically remove foreign substances in a body of a nozzle, so that an operator is not required to manually clean the nozzle and, thus, a case that a work should be stopped for cleaning the nozzle is not occurred. Also, the dehydrator is provided to increase life cycle of a filter medium by absolutely obviating a filter medium blocking phenomenon, to lower moisture content of a cake, and to prevent a filter belt from being folded, wrinkled, or torn when the filter belt is conveyed by rollers in a state that it is widely deployed in an arc shape. CONSTITUTION: In an industrial dehydrator equipped with automatic nozzle and radial crown roller dehydrates, the nozzle for spraying water is mounted to washing pipe to wash an upper and lower filter belts under high pressure. A nozzle case(10) is provided, which has a nozzle insert hole of which upper periphery is formed with a screw engagement member to engage the nozzle to a washing pipe and of which center portion is formed with an oblique section for decreasing a diameter of a lower end. The nozzle is constituted by engaging a nozzle body(30) having depressed grooves(31) formed on the opposite bottom sides of its flange having a pair of parts splitted in half into a ring(20) having projections(21) formed on its opposite sides in such a manner that the lower end of the nozzle body(30) spreads out by its weight. The nozzle is engaged into the nozzle insert hole of the nozzle case(10) to be elastically supported by a spring(50). When the water is sprayed, the nozzle moves downwardly by action of water pressure and the front end of the nozzle body is shrunk.
