PURPOSE: A disposable safety syringe having safety piston is to reduce the cost of production and safely house a used needle. Also, the needle can be easily and safely removed by only a hand. CONSTITUTION: A disposable safety syringe having a safety piston comprises a cylinder (3) and an external cylinder (5) fixed to a cylinder wing (8). The syringe (1) also includes a protection shield (4) to house a (used) needle (2) between the cylinder and the external cylinder. A safety piston (6) reciprocating along axial direction is attached outside the external cylinder. The disposable safety syringe is operated by pushing a plunger to provide an injection solution and pulling the safety piston at the top of the syringe opposite to the plunger (13) to allow the protection shield to slide between the cylinder and the external cylinder and upward against the safety piston.
