PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for compensation and electronic commerce for C2C(Customer to Customer) on the internet are provided to sell more amounts of products, by systematically managing the information related to the transaction between a buyer and a seller, and by supporting the money for buying the products with mileages. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of member computers(100,110,120) include a virtual shop. A web server(200) is connected to the internet and accessed by a member via a web browser. A member information database(300) stores the member information transmitted from the web server(200), and provides an authentication service. A my-shop database(400) manages the shops for a member and performs the compensation in response to the member information transmitted from the member information database(300).
