PURPOSE: An Apparatus and method for compulsory performing a program is provided to automatically execute an education program when booting a computer, controls an execution of the windows, and prevent a user to use the computer when the education program practice is not completed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for providing an education program for a user through Internet(200) includes a client(100), a web server, a server communication module(400), and a database(500). The client automatically performs a program by controlling windows after booting the computer. The web server provides the program to the client, and processes a practice data of the program executed in the client. The server communication module interfaces the program being automatically executed in the client. The database stores a program execution data, the program is transmitted to the web server and the server communication module. Thereby, the apparatus for compulsorily performing a program when booting a computer automatically executes an education program when booting a computer, controls an execution of windows, and makes the user not to use the computer when the education program practice is not completed.
