PURPOSE: A method and system for managing febuilding service using a communication network is provided to supply an integrated service for a necessary and range of the rebuilding by displaying customer's building on a cyber space and operating various informations of the customer's building. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing febuilding service using a communication network comprises the steps of a customer registering a building data such as an address, the kind of the building, the kind of the interior space(10), the customer inputting detailed information including photos of building interior spaces(11), a service server generating a cyber building by using classified building data and the detailed information input by the customer and offering the cyber building to the customer(12), offering a customization list of a building renovation according to used purposes(13), the customer inputting detailed informations on a construction and a design(14), and the server offering a construction progress state information to the customer(15).
