<p>According to the present invention there is provided a cosmetic composition comprising: a) at least one quaternary ammonium agent; and b) an emollient selected from polyol polyester oils, ester derivatives of lanolin and mixtures thereof. The compositions of the present invention give good skin care benefits, such as good moisturisation, good hydration, good skin feel, good skin softness and/or good skin smoothness, with low levels of negatives such as greasiness, stickiness or tack.</p> |
