<p>The present invention relates to a stabilized self-emulsifying system, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of o-(chloroacetylcarbamoyl)fumigillol, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a stabilizing component, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier comprises an oily constituent and at least one surfactant.
