Oligosaccharide-supplying compositions characterized by containing 10 to 80% by weight of oligosaccharide(s), 0.3 to 10% by weight of a foaming component and 0.9 to 30% by weight of a neutralizer component and being in the form of foamable chewables. These compositions are highly useful in practice and in the form of uniform preparations, have a favorable texture, remain stable as preparations and can be easily taken.
