<p>This invention relates to the building industry and can be used for quickly connecting tubular elements such as risers and stringers during the erection of scaffoldings. According to the invention, a tubular connection contains two tubular elements which are to be joined. At one end of the tubular element in the region of junction, the diameter thereof is smaller than the internal diameter of the other end for the value of a predetermined gap. The external surface of said region of junction contains at least one rib containing a longitudinal and an inclined parts. The other end of the tubular element contains protrusions on the internal side thereof; the number of such protrusions corresponds to the number of ribs and the size and shape thereof correspond to the cross-section of the ribs. The invention allows for enhancement of the strength of the region of junction of tubular elements and creates more reliable tubular connections.</p> |
