A device for cleaning a cylinder of a printing press having a one-piece, rigid frame (10), a fabric supply roll (50) and a take-up shaft (20). The fabric supply roll (50) and the take-up shaft (20) are removably mounted onto the frame (10). The take-up shaft (20) includes an axial groove (24) and a mounted rod (74) for securing the cleaning fabric (52) from the supply roll (50) to the take-up roll (20).
