<p>Method for registering defects of buildings, comprising the steps of: identifying a particular building, registering defects of said building, determining identification data pertaining to elements of said building, each of said defects being registered in association with identification data which identify the element to which said defect pertains, determining identification data pertaining to parts of said elements, each of said defects being registered in association with identification data which identify the part to which said defect pertains, determining identification data pertaining to locations within said parts, each of said defects being registered in association with identification data which identify a location within the part to which said defect pertains, the registration of defects taking place by assigning a repair action, the repair action assigned being selected from a group of possible standard repair actions arranged in order of extensiveness, while in each case the least extensive repair action is selected.</p> |
