<p>According to the present invention there is provided a cosmetic composition comprising: (a) at least one quaternary ammonium agent; and (b) at least one sunscreen active. The compositions of the present invention give sun protection benefits with low tackiness or stickiness. Moreover, the compositions of the present invention can give good skin care benefits with low levels of negatives such as greasiness, stickiness or tack.</p> |
