The control consists of a fixed inserted part with a fixed outer cover (12) joined to at least two fixed holder elements (14,16), with intermediate bridge-piece (18). A manually operated handle part (22) is connected by at least two connecting elements (24,26) at right angles to the handle part and rigidly joined together. The handle swivels in relation to the inserted part on an axis (3) at right angles to the connecting elements. A release bar (6) is operated by lever elements consisting of at least one spring element (4) mounted on the ridge piece. The end of the spring element facing the release bar has a support part (42) guided along a guide (5).
