The invention relates to the field of ripple firing rocket systems and in particular to rocket launchers. The rocket launcher of the invention has enhanced characteristics in terms of weight and dimensions through the use of a frame in the form of a gimbal as a supporting and rotational device. The rocket launcher is comprised of a base (4) and a mobile platform (1) that can be oriented horizontally and vertically; a block of launching tubes (2) is mounted on the said platform. The platform (1) is movably installed inside the rotating frame (3) which has axes of rotation intersecting at 90 DEG .
