PURPOSE: Provided are a novel oxyacetanilide substituted with fluoroalkenyl group, which has a strong herbicide activity, excellent selectivity, low toxicity, and enhanced long-lasting effects, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The novel oxyacetanilide substituted with fluoroalkenyl group has a general formula I. In the formula I, R1 represents phenyl group, or alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy with C1-C2, phenyl group substituted with at least one selected from the group consisting of chlorine, fluorine and bromine, R2 represents alkyl group with C1-C3, R3 represents phenyl group, thiophenyl group, or alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, methylenedioxy with C1-C2, phenyl or thiophenyl group substituted with at least one selected from the group consisting of chlorine, fluorine and bromine, R4 represents CF3 or CF2CF3. The oxyacetanilide is prepared by reacting an alcoholic compound of formula II with alkenyl-substituted compound of formula III in the presence of base.
