USER SIDE OF AWARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Disclosed is a system and method for managing one or more loyalty plans. The system includes a wallet component for permitting a mmber to view point balances for each loyalty plan. An award maximizer component helps the member select the optimum award or awards. A spider component updates point balance information; and a store component permits a member to redeem award points for goods or services that the member has identified from an award store database. The present invention also includes a method for managing one or more loyalty plans.
