The invention relates to a processing station on assembly lines for motor vehicles, comprising two receiving frames (20) for a motor vehicle part whic h are mounted at a certain distance from each other onto allocated columns (2, 3) in such a way, that their height can be synchronously adjusted and which can be synchronously revolved about mutually aligned, horizontal, rotational axes. At a processing station which is easily accessible from all feed directions, each receiving frame (20) is mounted on two columns (2, 3) which are located on either side of the rotational axis and the mutual distance of these columns (2, 3) is greater than the width of the motor vehicle part or of a transport element (29) for said motor vehicle part.
