<p>According to the present invention there is provided a cosmetic composition comprising: (a) at least one quaternary ammonium agent said agent having a transition temperature of less than 50 °C; and (b) at least one thermosensitive skin benefit agent. The compositions of the present invention give good skin care benefits, such as good moisturisation, good hydration, good skin feel, good skin softness and/or good skin smoothness, with low levels of negatives and are easier to process.</p> |
