The blind has a pull-down bar, and two hook-out bars to angle the blind away from the window. Deflection levers (5) engage with their outer ends via revolute joints (6) on the hook-out bars (4) between the bar ends. The inner ends of the deflection levers are driven from inside positions near the center of the blind roll-up device (2,3) in an opposite direction mainly parallel to the winding shaft axis (7) to outer positions near the winding shaft ends, to move the hook-out bars into outer position.
