<p>The invention concerns a method for producing a composition enabling to prepare from hot water a food product, in particular a drink blending the product taste, for instance coffee, with the taste of at least a fruit and/or at least a plant. It consists in preparing a soluble or insoluble powder of said product or of an extract thereof, a soluble powder of at least a fruit and/or at least a plant by extracting, dry-freezing and adding specific components, and in mixing the two powders or extract and powder to prepare a food product, in particular a drink. The invention also concerns the resulting product and is particularly applicable in the food industry.</p> |
