摘要 PURPOSE: A speed change control method of an automatic transmission is provided to drive conveniently by controlling speed change according to the fuzzy rule on function, and to travel safely by enhancing driving experience and endurance of the automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: A control unit decides the fuzzy rule including the minimum vehicle speed and the maximum gradient fitness to be satisfied(S100). The control unit detects the predetermined elapsed time in satisfying the fuzzy rule(S110). The mode check variables 2 and 1 are set to be 1 to prevent speed change during traveling on the rising curve, and established to be 0 to prevent hunting on the uphill road in passing the predetermined time(S120). The control unit checks setting of the mode check variable(S130). The sub routine for processing the control mode is performed to prevent unnecessary change of speed in case of the mode check variable 2 to be 1(S140). Engine torque, gradient and acceleration are calculated with inputting signals according to traveling state, and speed change is controlled according to the fuzzy rule. Convenience is improved with preventing frequent speed change, and traveling stability is improved with enhancing driving experience.
