METHOD FOR REDUCING PRESSURE LOSE OF MAIN BODY OF PULSE-JET TYPE BAG FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for reducing pressure lose of main body of pulse-jet type bag filter using nonwoven fabric is provided, in which nonwoven fabric is protected from fouling by using Si-Al powder. CONSTITUTION: The powder is characterized in that it comprises Si 31.7wt.%, Al 4.1wt.%, Na 5.5wt.%, and K 0.01wt.%. The physical properties of the powder are as follows: real density 2.9g/cm¬3, apparent density 0.3g/cm¬3, specific surface area 120-160m¬2/g, particle size distribution 4-10μm. This powder is coated on the surface of nonwoven fabric in an amount of 50 to 250g/m¬2.
