PURPOSE: Unlikely to conventional activated sludge process, the present invention is characterized in that catalytic oxidation reaction is first took place between metal cation ion and substrate in livestock wastewater with lowering the pH to 3.5-6 by SO4¬-2 and compounds of metal cation ions, and then coagulation reaction using calcium hydroxide is occurred. CONSTITUTION: First, raw livestock wastewater undergoes catalytic oxidation reaction to solid/liquid separation. After the first separation, liquid is neutralized with calcium hydroxide. Sludge contained in the liquid is coagulated by polymer, and it is precipitated followed by dehydration. Separated solids are neutralized with lime or used as organic fertilizer after processing. Also, separated liquid is either used as liquid fertilizer or discharged for further treatment.
