摘要 The charge pump circuit includes a current source unit switchable by a first digital drive signal (UP), which delivers at activation a first current of defined intensity at an output (CPout). The current source unit includes a first adjustable constant current source (MPout, MPL) which lies in a first current path from a positive voltage (VDD) of a supply voltage to the output of the charge pump circuit, and which is adjusted so that the first current flows at closed current path to the output. A first controllable electronic switch (S2B) is arranged in the first current path, and switches it dependent on the first drive signal. A current sink unit is switchable by a second drive signal (DOWN), grounding at activation a second current of defined intensity from the output. The current source unit includes a second, adjustable constant current source (MNout, MNL) which lies in a second current path from the output of the charge pump circuit to a negative voltage (VSS) of the supply voltage, and which is adjusted so that a second, defined current flows from the output. A second controllable electronic switch (S1B) is arranged in the second current path, and switches it dependent on a second drive signal (DOWN). The first and second controllable switch are respectively arranged in the current paths between the first adjustable constant current source and the output, and between the output and the second adjustable constant current source.
