The other cylinder has three discrete concentric area. The innermost and outermost of these areas can receive a second tube. The second tube can pass between these two areas via the third area. Preferred Features: The third area may have a ramp for guiding the second tube. The two cylinders may or may not be relatively rotatable. Both tubes are flexible.
