PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of wallpaper which is characterized by having antibacterial property and mildew resistance, increasing productivity, coating a surface with an organic antibacterial agent and fungicide, reducing a cost, making it possible to mass-produce, not changing physical property of paper, and being good for the health and useful for silk wallpaper and foam wallpaper. CONSTITUTION: The wallpaper is obtained by: diluting and throwing an organic antibacterial agent and fungicide having water soluble property or water dispersability through a size press part or a gate roll coating part installed in the middle of a primary-papering device; and then coating both surfaces of the paper with the antibacterial agent and fungicide. Thickness of a mildew resistant layer is 0.01-3.00g/m¬2. The organic antibacterial agent and fungicide are benzimidazole, isothiazoline or guanidine derivative.
